The Procomp Electronics | Motorsport and Randy Walker Unite

The Procomp Electronics | Motorsport Team are excited to introduce one of the latest recruits to the team, with the new "Procomp Tear Off" and the 2010-11 season underway, the Procomp Electronics | Motorsport Team would like to introduce Randy Walker and his 74 El Camino.

Last Season Randy Walker won both the:
- PSCA World Title
- WCHRA World Title

Fields set for JEGS Pacific SPORTSnationals

In the final rounds of qualifying for the NHRA JEGS Pacific Sportsnationals at Auto Club Dragway it was Randy Walker of Palm Desert, Calif., jumping to the pole position in Comp Eliminator in the final qualifying session.

Walker was sitting 18th out of 19 cars, then went 6.318 seconds at 218.69 mph in his ’74 El Camino to take over the top spot.  Walker is followed by John Mihovetz, Ontario, Calif., in a ’07 Shelby Mustang. Paul Gladden of Tracy, Calif., went 205.22 mph in 6.593 seconds in his No. 1 qualifying pass in Top Dragster with Russell Suyenaga, Bellflower, Calif., in second and Mera Silvia in third.  Wayne Silvia’s top qualifying run from Friday’s session held on as the Upland, Calif., racer continues to lead in Top Sportsman with a pass of 6.772 seconds, 207.11.

Then the following are Saturday final qualifying results for the NHRA JEGS Pacific SPORTSnationals showed that Randy Walker had taken first place, for the third time in a row this year.
